Full-stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deliver, maintain, and improve business innovation solutions and applications across the full stack throughout the software and product development lifecycle. Build end‑user interfaces, databases, APIs, and server‑side logic while maintaining both front‑end and back‑end components. Apply disciplined coding practices, design patterns, automation, and semantic versioning to ensure agility and high‑quality delivery. Utilize development frameworks and third‑party libraries effectively. Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis to ensure applications meet standards and user requirements. Develop detailed system design specifications to guide development. Assist in creating automated test harnesses for quality assurance. Perform technical “spikes” to mitigate uncertainty and risk. Troubleshoot errors, resolve bugs, and optimize software performance. Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to create innovative digital solutions and products. Build prototypes using diverse techniques and tools. Prepare documentation for deployment, maintenance, and support. Apply CI/CD practices, API development, DevSecOps principles, and database design. Conduct peer reviews for continuous learning and improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Strong experience in developing cloud‑based applications. Proficiency in both front‑end and back‑end technologies and frameworks. Ability to design application architecture and understand cloud fundamentals. Familiarity with caching mechanisms and resilience strategies. Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented design. Proficiency in web technologies, programming, and scripting languages. Experience with testing frameworks and tools. Knowledge of reusable patterns and platforms within organizational and community ecosystems. Preferred Skills Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, or similar. Familiarity with Ali, AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms. Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of API security, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities. Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate across teams.
