Key responsibilities
Be responsible for the coating technology management of the coating line, solve and follow up on the quality issues of the coating line, and focus on prevention to avoid the occurrence of quality problems
Oversee trial production, process flow and parameter setting, quantity improvement and tracking work
Be capable of adjusting coating machines, mixing paints, color matching and spraying processes

Highly motivated individual who is a leader
Not afraid to learn new technologies
Able to use common sense to solve issues and think outside the box
Job Requirements
College degree or above, with English speaking skills, familiar with coating related work experience, at least five years of experience in ink and varnish, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility at work, and able to raise questions about problems encountered in product development.
