Responsibilities Develop and execute corporate communications and public relations strategies, including client visits, corporate events, publications, and website development; Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and effective responses to protect the corporate’s reputation; Build and maintain strong relationships with the media; plan and execute media events, and respond to media inquiries promptly and accurately; Manage government relations and public affairs initiatives; Drive and oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives; Enhance the brand awareness for all brands under the group; Foster collaboration and cooperation with other departments; Collect the corporate information from the subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and follow-up as needed; Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline; a Master’s Degree will be an advantage; Minimum 5 years of public affairs experience in sizable organizations, including at least 1 year at a managerial level, with a focus on corporate communications, marketing, and brand management; Proficiency in website design and editing, graphic design, and publication processes; Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is recommended; Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills; Detail-oriented with a strong teamwork spirit; Experience in the Pharmaceutical and FMCG industry is a definite advantage.
