Responsibilities Responsible for facility maintenance Arrange tools & materials for the work Monitor site progress to ensure the schedule on track Liaise and co-ordinate with all parties Travelling to Macau occasionally Requirements Non-Degree Tertiary Punctual, responsible, self-motivated, well organized Good knowledge in fitting out/Construction industries Good command of English Good communication and interpersonal skills Class 2 driving license will be an advantage Retail industry experience will be an advantage Immediate availability is preferred We offer competitive package, 10 days annual leave, 13-month pay, performance bonus, bank holidays and 5.5 Days work to the right candidate.
