As our Beauty Visor at Lab Concept - Facesss plays a vital role in supporting our beauty counters, working closely with Brand Ambassadors and store teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. The Role Build close daily partnerships with counter Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to support their operations and customer service. Manage stock levels for assigned Beauty counters. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, supporting both internal and brand requirements. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, offering guidance to create an exceptional in-store experience. Support store events, coordinating with BAs and marketing team. Support POS counters if needed. Perform any ad‑hoc duties as required. The Ideal Candidate Retail or beauty counter experience preferred. Previous customer‑facing role in luxury retail, department store, or specialty beauty environment is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in stock handling and reporting. Excellent communication in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
