Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Technical Project Manager (AVP level) to drive high‑impact digital transformation initiatives within their technology division. This is a strategic role for a technically strong project leader who can oversee large‑scale modernization efforts across corporate web platforms and cloud‑native applications. You will join a highly technical team and play a key part in shaping the organization’s next‑generation digital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end redesign and modernization of the corporate website. Oversee the implementation of a new content management system (CMS), preferably open‑source (e.g., Strapi). Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements for public market communications. Manage projects involving the design, development, and deployment of cloud‑native applications. Work within the organization’s private cloud environment and oversee container orchestration (Kubernetes). Leverage cloud platforms including AWS and Huawei Cloud. Partner closely with architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in technology project management. Proven experience leading complex, technical initiatives in enterprise or regulated environments. Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS frameworks, and cloud‑native systems. Background in financial services or other regulated industries preferred. Familiarity with local regulatory standards is advantageous. AWS certification (or equivalent) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
