This role requires a hands‑on executive with both technical excellence and strategic vision, capable of strengthening profitability, ensuring compliance, and managing risk while guiding the company's evolution from a traditional business into a multinational enterprise. The CFO will reshape the finance function into a global business partner, building scalable systems, supporting international expansion, and driving sustainable growth across diverse markets. What you will do To deliver clear business analysis to guide executive decisions; includes reviewing business plans to spot opportunities, anticipate risks, and provide practical insights that strengthen the company's strategy Drive Strategy and Integration To lead mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, overseeing due diligence, negotiations, and integration to maximize shareholder value and strengthen the group's competitive edge. Global & Regional Business Financial Management To manage international operations, including new projects (e.g. in EU/Swiss); to improve budgeting to support global growth, ensuring financial systems can scale and adapt to different markets Costing & Profitability To set up and improve costing systems to ensure transparency and efficiency, will go beyond routine accounting by leading initiatives that boost profitability, making finance a key driver of sustainable business growth Internal Control & Compliance To establish and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets and ensure financial integrity, and will ensure compliance with policies & regulations while leading risk management to safeguard the group against potential threats Qualifications MBA holder with professional finance and accounting certification; CMA preferred Minimum 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in multinational corporations. Proven financial leadership in manufacturing with strong OEM and OBM exposure, managing cost structures, supply chains, and aligning financial strategies with brand and multi‑location operations to drive growth. Background in operational and brand management with multi-location exposure. Proven track record in internal control, risk management, compliance, and policy governance. Strong experience in business analysis, costing systems, and profitability improvement. Demonstrated success in M&A, global expansion, and profitability improvement.
