Job Description: Our client, a leading HK government body isexpanding their focus on Digital, AI, and Innovation. They are seeking experienced Product Owners to join their team, ideally looking for candidates with background in leading digital products and a proven track record of managing complex, cross-departmental projects in an enterprise setting. Additionally, previous experience in client-facing roles and management consulting is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of AI & Digital Strategy, you will oversee the delivery of GenAI initiatives within the digital transformation program for the organization. Lead the complete product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Identify organizational opportunities and design scalable, innovative solutions (e.g., automation, predictive analytics, LLMs, agentic AI) to meet critical needs. Conduct feasibility assessments, requirements analysis, and workflow design to convert business needs into technical specifications. Develop and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technological solutions prior to full-scale rollout. Manage vendor relationships, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of technology solutions. Create comprehensive documentation, including technical frameworks, user manuals, and training resources, to facilitate smooth knowledge transfer. Stay informed about emerging AI trends and evaluate their relevance to the organizations strategic goals. Perform post-implementation reviews to assess ROI, user adoption, and scalability. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in product management within a technology-driven, innovative environment, preferably in a large enterprise. Proven ability to develop and execute products from POC to implementation. Demonstrated experience in driving innovative technology solutions, preferably including AI/ML technologies, blockchain, etc. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex technology concepts into business value. Strong communication and presentation skills. Project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) with a focus on achieving results under tight deadlines. Team management and problem-solving skills; self-motivated, creative, and with a proven history of developing and implementing organization-wide initiatives. Ability to conduct thorough and resourceful research and analysis. Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills. Client-facing and management consulting experience is a significant advantage.
