SD Legal, a global in‑house legal and compliance consultancy, is hiring a senior counsel to support its Asia‑Pacific operations. The role is based in Hong Kong and focuses on corporate and commercial matters across the APAC region.

• 5‑10 years post‑qualification experience (PQE)
• Corporate & commercial background, ideally with a mix of law firm and in‑house experience
• In‑house experience with stable technology‑based businesses
• Technology deal/transaction background
• Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams across Asia, UK and US

• Support AP market business leaders with transactions, marketing, sales, commercial contracts and day‑to‑day legal advice
• Lead complex transactions and ensure legal support throughout deal lifecycles
• Assist product teams in developing new products, services and solutions
• Act as part of the APAC leadership team, reporting to the General Counsel
