Nature: Permanent Job Description Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound engagement such as calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, with a primary focus on Microsoft Hong Kong managed accounts. Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline utilizing the company's Customer Relationship Management tools. Ensure accurate forecasting, timely updates, and visibility across Microsoft Cloud & AI, M365, and Copilot solution areas within the sales pipeline. Deliver engaging remote demonstrations and solution presentations. Present the business value of Microsoft technologies, specifically in Cloud, AI, M365, and Copilot, tailored to client needs and industry context. Apply a solution-driven sales approach to understand customer challenges and position the Microsoft offerings as strategic enablers for digital transformation. Partner with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the lead-to-close journey and enhance the overall customer experience. Integrate feedback into the sales strategy. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales Key Performance Indicators. Contribute to the company's growth in Microsoft solution adoption across the Greater China Region (GCR). Job Requirements Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline. Have a minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or business development. Ideally have experience within SaaS, IT services, or B2B technology environments. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders across business and technical domains. Be able to grasp Microsoft technologies and articulate their value in simple, business-relevant terms. Be self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Show a strong commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
