Responsibilities Handle license applications and renewals with the Insurance Authority (IA). Ensure brokerage operations comply with applicable laws and regulations. Develop and enforce risk management and compliance policies. Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless business operations. Identify and pursue business opportunities, including marketing initiatives and product launches. Evaluate and enhance business practices, products, and services. Update policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher. More than 10 years of insurance industry experience, including at least 5 years in a management role. Meet the Insurance Authority’s "fit and proper" criteria. Pass IIQEPaper1, 2 & 3, holder of an RO license is preferred. Strong business insight and strategic thinking, with a thorough understanding of regulatory impacts on commercial operations. Proven ability to balance business goals with compliance, delivering innovative and commercially viable solutions. Exceptional analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities. Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
