Responsibilities: Provide best of care and services to guests and patrons of the hotel Welcome VIP guests and other guests on arrival at the entrance of the hotel and on departure Possess a high degree of familiarity in connection with hotel services and facilities, tours, transportation and restaurant recommendations Provide detailed and accurate information to guests and other departments on a wide variety of services and facilities both within and outside the establishment Monitor driveway operation and review driving skill for all Transportation Ambassadors Handle guest concerns regarding product and service dissatisfaction; provide service recovery and preventive measures to minimize reoccurrence, including trainings, update standard operating procedures and take disciplinary actions when necessary Perform parking services for guests with utmost care and safety precautions Operate the doors and welcome and farewell all guests Supply guests/residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities Manage Car Park In/Out control and relevant car park service matters Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors Requirements: Holder of Associate Degree or above, preferably in hospitality management Minimum 5 years of experience in Concierge operation, preferably in the hotel industry, or related working experience in customer service; both of which should include line supervision Excellent command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, other language is an advantage Customer-oriented with strong communications skills and telephone skills Benefits: 5 Day Work Week Birthday Leave Group Medical Insurance (For Employee and Employee's Children) Dental Care for Employee Complimentary Duty Meal Transportation Allowance Yearly Discretionary Bonus Hotel Food & Beverage Discounts Good Career Progression & Development Join Our Team Surrounded by the enchanting hillside greenery and facing the stunning view of Victoria Harbour, Hopewell Hotel is one of the largest 5-star hotels in Hong Kong.
