(Senior) Digital Business Analyst

Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and development teams to define and refine front-end application requirements. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives). Engage and manage stakeholders across multiple business units to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies for new features and enhancements. Support testing activities by validating requirements and ensuring quality delivery. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Hands‑on experience in front‑end application development projects . Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and adapt to changing priorities. Exposure to industries such as crypto, retail, or financial services is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Agile certification (CSPO, CSM, or equivalent).
