Client Service Executive (Policy Owner Service / POS) Position Summary The Client Service Executive (Policy Owner Service) provides end‑to‑end support for existing clients after policy issuance. This role focuses on policy servicing, client enquiries, document processing, and liaising with insurers to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate after‑sales service. Key Responsibilities Handle all POS requests such as beneficiary changes, address updates, policy loans, withdrawals, reinstatement applications, etc. Liaise with insurers to follow up on servicing requests, outstanding documents, and approval progress. Ensure all client instructions are processed accurately and in accordance with compliance and company guidelines. Client Communication & Support Respond to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Provide clear explanation of policy details, servicing procedures, and documentation requirements. Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs), TRs, and other internal teams on client follow‑ups. Documentation & Submission Prepare, verify, and submit policy servicing forms and supporting documents. Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper filing of POS documents. Track servicing tasks, deadlines, and pending cases. Operational Coordination Work closely with Policy Administration, RM/TR teams, and insurers to ensure smooth after‑sales workflow. Assist in handling policy renewal administration. Support simple reporting or data updates related to client servicing. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all servicing processes comply with company policies, insurance regulations, and AML/KYC requirements. Maintain high accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information. Requirements Higher Diploma / Degree preferred. 1–3 years’ experience in insurance servicing, policy admin, or customer service (broker or insurer background preferred). Good communication skills in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through. Proficient in MS Office and capable of handling documents efficiently. Customer‑oriented, responsible, and able to work under tight timelines. IIQE Paper 1,3,5 is a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
