We welcome attentive and customer-focused team members to join us in offering a reliable and pleasant shopping experience Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service; handle inquiries and introduce product features Work closely with team members to maintain smooth store operations Achieve individual and store sales targets Support day‑to‑day operations including replenishment, merchandising, stock organisation and cashiering Maintain store cleanliness and visual display standards in line with brand guidelines Assist with customer flow management during peak periods at the pop‑up Requirements Form 5 / DSE or above, with proficiency in Chinese and English typing and general computer operation skills Outgoing, customer-focused and good communication skill Proactive, responsible and positive work attitude Retail experience preferred; interest in fashion products is an advantage Fluent Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin preferred Part‑time staff must be able to work at least two days per week ✔ Contract completion bonus ✔ 8 days off per month ✔ Staff discount across group brands ✔ Comprehensive training (systems, product knowledge, sales techniques, brand culture) ✔ Clear development and promotion opportunities ✔ Supportive and friendly team culture Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
