Department: Radio Network Planning In this position, you will: Act as technical manager to provide coverage solutions for bidding telecommunication projects. Serve as technical consultant for the team and a trusted advisor to the customer. Design, review, and implement Mobile Radio Systems to meet tender requirements. Create documentation for Mobile Radio design and implementation. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and conduct meetings with internal departments. Serve as an interface to external parties, internal departments, and vendors for technical development issues. Proactively engage with telecom development, conduct demonstrations, technical presentations, and solutions for customers. Demonstrate rich knowledge of the telecommunications industry and prepare high‑quality proposals, presentations, and bid documents according to customer requirements. To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: Degree in Electronic or Telecom Engineering or equivalent. 5 years or more relevant experience in telecommunication systems is advantageous. Independent, self‑motivated, and with a strong sense of responsibility. Willing to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases; Python knowledge is an advantage.
