Drone Pilot

Job Description for Drone Pilot Main Responsibilities Execute daily flight missions, including mission planning, on-site surveys, UAV system inspections, flight operations, and post-flight data organization. Process and analyze aerial data (such as orthophotos, 3D models, video footage, etc.) and generate preliminary reports. Collaborate closely with team members, including project managers, photographers, and engineers, to understand project requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements Possess a valid Advanced Grade Drone License issued by the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (CAD). At least 1 year of commercial drone flight operation experience, with the ability to provide a portfolio or project examples. Thorough understanding of and commitment to complying with Hong Kong drone flight regulations, including but not limited to altitude restrictions, no-fly zones, and insurance requirements. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, excellent professional ethics, and teamwork spirit. Preferred Qualifications Experience with industry-grade drone platforms (e.g., DJI Matrice series, DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise, Autel, etc.). Proficiency in one or more post-processing software tools, such as Pix4D, DroneDeploy, ContextCapture, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge in specific industries, such as photographic composition, surveying and mapping engineering, building structures, or power inspection.
