In-house Paralegal

Our client is a FT500 IT&T firm with branches across the globe and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team. Assist in supporting the legal and regulatory matters for all regions, including legal affairs and licensing, contract terms and compliance, etc. Work closely with different departments and provide professional legal advices and recommendation towards the business direction Draft and review various legal documents, critical commercial documents/contracts to ensure the compliance of relevant regulations as well as protect the interest and benefits of the Company Provide hands-on support on critical licensing application and renewal issues, statutory returns, etc to fulfil the regulatory requirements Conduct legal and regulatory researches when necessary Handle adhoc projects as required Requirement: :Degree in Laws (LL.B) or above or equivalent 3+ years solid experience as a Paralegal / Legal Assistant (or equivalent), preferably gained from in law firms and/or large corporations Hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents from business/commercial perspective and able to conduct relevant legal and regulatory research independently Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint with Chinese Processing skill Proficient in both spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin) #J-18808-Ljbffr
