How you will make an impact: Provide daily operations of the concierge counter and deliver quality customer services to customers. Handle and follow up customer requests, enquiries, complaints and emergency causes. Provide support in various promotional activities / operation. Handle daily administrative work. What we are looking for: HKCEE/HKDSE or above. 1‑2 years experience in property management is preferred. Good command of spoken & written English. Knowledge of PC operations.
