Benefits Good working environment Excellent Benefit and work environment 5 days’ work Responsibilities Provide technical support on cybersecurity control and governance in a complex mission-critical system environment including Splunk, Fireeye HX, Fireeye EX, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Zscaler web proxy, Symantec data loss protection products. Prepare and maintain documentation related to supported systems, projects, inventory and regulatory requirements. Perform problem diagnosis, resolve problem, identify root cause and assure quality change control. Safeguard infrastructure systems against cybersecurity and ensure configuration and setup comply with company policies and standards. Collaborate and coordinate with internal users and external vendors in support of company initiatives. Evaluate new technologies and products and perform presentation as when required. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline Minimum 5 years’ relevant large-scale IT infrastructure support or implementation experiences.Candidates with less experience may be considered as an Associate Infrastructure specialist. Experience with Wireshark and packet analysis will be advantage. Professional qualification on Check Point CCSA, ITIL, CISSP, OSCP and PMP will be an advantage.
