Engineering 101-1,000 employees Responsibilities Partner with the HMT business executive and leadership team by recommending and prioritizing DT investments and projects that support the regions strategic business initiatives. Design and develop DT strategies to simplify and standardize back-office operation processes, enhance customer & employee experiences, drive revenue growth, margin expansion, digital innovation and mitigate compliance and cybersecurity risks. Leverage North Asia DT team and China DT hub to build advanced infrastructure and application capabilities to enhance DT operational efficiency and digitalization transformation. Work closely with DT professionals and Center of Excellence tower leads within the company to ensure alignment on solution, standards, resources, budget for project execution as well as achieving operation excellence. Work closely with project management teams to successfully execute initiatives and delivery the committed business outcome. Maintain awareness and knowledge of emerging DT technologies and methodologies. Identify appropriate DT technologies & service delivery, approaches for HMT that consider external benchmark and best practice. Manage suppliers in terms of contract negotiation, service level fulfillment, development, deployment, and operation support. Manage product go to market initiatives and processes within the integrated DT ecosystems (PDM, CRM, CPQ, ERP, ServiceMax). Develop the long-range plan and annual DT budget and track actual performance against budget targets. Develop, implement, and lead DT talent management & succession strategies that support business goals and substantiality of the organization. Drive digital transformation for HMT market and enable differentiation through innovation and new technologies. Closely engage business and provide regular training and sharing. Manage WHQ intercompany billing and reconciliations for NA, review with finance for booking. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology. At least 5 years of leadership role in a multi-national company. Proven track record in successfully implementing ERP, CRM systems in the manufacturing industry offering complex configurable products. Extensive experience and knowledge in major ERP, CRM, CPQ, Data Warehouse, and BI systems and China local mainstream digital systems (SAP ECC/S4H, Salesforce, BPM, BW, Power BI, eCommerce, Service, etc.). Demonstrated capability to work in cross functional leadership team. Proven experience in management of outsourced vendors during project implementation, system integration and support.
