Our services include disaster relief, special education, volunteer service, first aid and health training, and blood transfusion. Job Purpose Hong Kong Red Cross is launching the 5‑year project of “Jockey Club Infection Control Training and Support Project for Sectors”. It aims to enhance the infection control capabilities of five most impacted sectors, namely the social service sector, education sector, catering, hotel, and property management industries, thereby reducing the infection and mortality rates of infectious diseases and protecting the health of Hong Kong citizens. Key Responsibilities Assist the Nursing Officer (Project in‑charge) and Deputy Manager in coordinating and executing training sessions, support services, and project‑related events Provide training course management support, including arranging training courses and communicating with stakeholders, including external and internal parties Handle project administration tasks such as summarising training and service records and evaluation records, and consolidating support documents for project output and outcome Provide logistic support, including procurement following standard procedures, preparing training and event materials, and leading volunteers to assist in logistic preparations Maintain oversight of warehouse, assets, and inventory, ensuring accurate record‑keeping Provide on‑site support during training sessions and support services, serving as a training facilitator during training workshops Undertake other assigned duties by the Nursing Officer (Project in‑charge) and Deputy Manager Requirements 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE (including English, Chinese and Mathematics) or equivalent; or University Degree holder in any discipline 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred Preferably with experience in training administration, project implementation and volunteer management Self‑motivated, strong sense of responsibility, flexible, independent, able to work in a multi‑disciplinary team and under pressure Willing to communicate with others as well as work independently Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Typing Fringe Benefits Fringe benefits including generous annual leave, marriage leave, compassionate leave, caring leave, medical and dental benefits (including dependents), Employer MPF voluntary contribution, and a discretionary incentive payment (where applicable) will be offered to the right candidates.
