About Total Health

Total Health is an integrated Health & Performance Institute dedicated to helping people move better, perform better, and live healthier lives.

Our integrated model brings together six divisions under one roof:

  • Hong Kong Sports Clinic
  • Women's & Pelvic Health
  • Apex Youth Academy
  • Performance & Longevity
  • Clinical Movement

We believe exceptional healthcare happens when experts work together. Our multidisciplinary team delivers evidence-informed, personalised care that addresses not only pain and injury, but also movement quality, performance, longevity, and overall wellbeing.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Physiotherapist with Clinical Pilates expertise to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who sees Pilates as more than exercise—it is a powerful rehabilitation and movement tool that bridges the gap between injury recovery, long-term health, and performance.

You'll work alongside physiotherapists, women's health clinicians, TCM practitioners, strength and conditioning coaches, and other healthcare professionals to deliver truly integrated patient care.

For the right candidate, there are opportunities to help shape the growth of our Clinical Movement and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sports, and chronic pain conditions.
  • Design evidence-based rehabilitation programmes tailored to each patient's goals.
  • Deliver one-to-one and small-group Clinical Pilates sessions as part of rehabilitation and injury prevention programmes.
  • Integrate manual therapy, exercise prescription, movement retraining, and patient education into comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with practitioners across all six divisions to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards.
  • Contribute to service development and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
Who You'll Help

Our physiotherapists support patients across a wide range of conditions, including:

  • Sports injuries and return-to-play rehabilitation
  • Neck and back pain
  • Shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle conditions
  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Women's health and pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions
  • Persistent pain and movement dysfunction
  • Hypermobility and stability disorders
  • Injury prevention and movement optimisation
  • Performance enhancement for recreational and competitive athletes
  • Healthy ageing and longevity

Clinical Pilates is integrated throughout our rehabilitation approach to improve movement quality, restore function, build resilience, and support long-term health.

Requirements
  • Degree in Physiotherapy with valid Hong Kong registration (or eligibility for registration).
  • Clinical Pilates training and experience (APPI, DMA, Polestar, STOTT Rehab, or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills.
  • Passion for movement-based rehabilitation and patient education.
  • Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (required).
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience in sports rehabilitation, women's health, or performance physiotherapy is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities.
  • A collaborative multidisciplinary environment with opportunities to learn from experts across multiple disciplines.
  • Modern treatment facilities with fully equipped rehabilitation and Pilates spaces.
  • Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
  • Administrative and marketing support that allows you to focus on patient care.
  • Competitive remuneration based on experience and qualifications.
