Job Title Artist Brand Manager (Catalog) About the Role The Artist Brand Manager is a dynamic and digitally-savvy professional who owns the end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for a dedicated domestic roster of legendary artists. You'll act as a hybrid of a product manager and a digital marketer, leveraging cultural moments, fan behaviors, and platform trends to ignite engagement and visibility for legendary artists. This role is inherently digital-first and fan-driven, though traditional tactics like PR and physical product still play a vital role. You'll work hand-in-hand with regional and local specialists across Audience, Community, and Creator teams to ensure every campaign is fast, focused, and built to connect. You will own the catalog strategy for our Hong Kong and Taiwanese artists, leveraging unique cultural insights to ignite fan engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead 360° digital-first campaigns for artist anniversaries, reissues, viral moments, and other key cultural beats. Translate emerging trends, editorial moments, and fan insights into innovative and creative rollout strategies. Brief and manage external creative partners (e.g., designers, video editors, content creators) to deliver compelling assets such as user-generated content (UGC) campaigns, social reels, and lyric shorts. Fan Engagement & Digital Execution Develop and implement always-on strategies to grow and deeply engage artist audiences across various digital platforms (e.g., social media, streaming services, artist websites). Create detailed rollout playbooks and collaborate closely with internal Community, UGC, and Paid Media teams to maximize campaign reach and impact. Artist & Partner Management Serve as the primary marketing contact for artist teams, estates, and managers, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication. Drive brand, media, and cultural partnerships that genuinely align with each artist's unique identity and legacy. Manage all campaign communication, timelines, and secure necessary internal and external approvals efficiently. Creative Production Oversight Lead and coordinate internal and external creative teams across video, web, and social content production. Ensure all timelines are met, deliverables are of high quality, and creative assets are perfectly aligned with overall campaign objectives and artist branding. Collaborate with other Global Catalog Brand & Audience teams to provide guidance on localizing campaigns for cultural connection and appropriateness. Requirements 3-5+ years in digital-first campaign strategy and execution within the music or entertainment industry, focused on online platforms and fan engagement. Expertise in the Taiwanese and Cantonese music landscapes, with a strong understanding of the cultural context and fan communities that define them. Demonstrated ability to translate objectives into compelling creative briefs and manage external creative partners. Strong understanding and active participation in current social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and emerging digital trends (UGC, viral moments). Excellent relationship management and communication skills to serve as the primary marketing contact for artist teams. Proven project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and maintain timelines. This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office.
