At Yass District Hospital our Enrolled Nurses provide essential nursing care under the guidance of Registered Nurses and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients. What You’ll Be Doing The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to provide person‑centred care, in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve people‑focused quality care. Selection Criteria Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse. Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups in a multi‑disciplinary team. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations. Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancing skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues. Knowledge of and ability to work within a person‑centred approach to nursing with a willingness to embrace change in the delivery of care. Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and evidence‑based practice with recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
