This is a unique, senior‑level role designed for an investment banking professional looking to transition into a high‑impact, strategic internal advisor. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to consult entrepreneur clients on their most critical pre‑IPO and wealth planning needs. Who We Are Looking For: A proven IBD professional with 8‑15 years of experience in executing HK Listings & Red‑chip structures . A strategic advisor who can design optimal equity restructuring solutions (including Red‑chip, ODI) for ultra‑high‑net‑worth entrepreneurs. A candidate with hands‑on, project experience in mainland China corporate cross‑border services. Your Key Focus: Provide expert advisory to business owners on pre‑capital market event planning, including equity restructuring and family wealth architecture. Act as the internal subject matter expert on IPO preparation from a founder's perspective. Manage and coordinate with key external partners (law firms, accounting firms, tax advisors). Drive project management and ensure seamless execution of complex structuring mandates. Ideal Candidate Profile: Must‑have: Significant experience in a top‑tier investment bank, with a strong deal sheet showcasing successful HK IPO executions involving Red‑chip restructuring. Must‑have: Demonstrable experience working on projects for mainland Chinese enterprises going global. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to counsel C‑level executives and founders.
