We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as aManager Distribution Artificial Intelligence Delivery. Principal Responsibilities In this role you will Managing and influencing key stakeholders across functions within market across Tech, Transformation, Digital & AI, D&A etc Understand key customer & staff pain-points or legacy procedures/processes which led to negative impact of outcomes Drawing together the needs of all relevant stakeholders and converting these disparate needs and desires to a prioritized, realistic business and implementation plans Creating and maintaining an ongoing backlog of key projects Managing the balance of regulatory, reputational and business risk Qualifications To be successful you will need Proven track record of channel optimisation project management across distribution channels, preferably AI or digital transformation related Strong understanding or experience in Distribution business operations (ie. Branch or Contract Centre) Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into use cases (preferably AI or digital related) and oversee solution delivery from concept to production Ability to set clear strategic direction, aligned with WPB, Propositions, Channels and Functions Good understanding of digital technologies and physical distribution channels Ability to drive change and innovation with respect to costs, revenue and service, previous experience in technology / channel optimisation related initiatives is desirable Clear understanding of metrics and ability to drive outcomes consistently Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate and influence at all levels of the organization When applying, please submit a full resume and attach your appraisal reports for the last two performance years.
