Responsibilities: Assist in the monthly, and annual group reporting process, including preparation of consolidation schedules and working papers. Collect, review, and validate financial data from subsidiaries to ensure completeness and accuracy in group submissions. Help maintain and update reporting templates, consolidation systems, and data mapping structures. Perform variance analysis and provide preliminary commentary on financial results. Assist in ad hoc reporting, reconciliations, and analytical reviews as required by the Senior Associate or Group Reporting Manager. Support internal and external audit processes by preparing deliverables and responding to queries. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data accuracy within group reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting (experience in group reporting or consolidation is an advantage). Strong understanding of accounting principles and basic knowledge of consolidation concepts . Proficient in Microsoft Excel ; exposure to financial consolidation or ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) is a plus. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; a curious learner eager to grow in group reporting. Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a regional or global finance team.
