IT Specialist (System Infrastructure) (Ref: IT-INT-SI-ITS-JD) Add expected salary to your profile for insights Reporting to the Principal IT Lead, the appointee will mainly perform the following duties: To maintain servers, virtualisation platforms, data storage and backup systems To implement system updates, monitor performance and apply security measures to IT systems To maintain documentation for system operations and administration To collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth system integration with enterprise applications To support IT infrastructure-related projects Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines A minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Virtualisation platforms (e.g. VMware, Hyper‑V) Server OS (e.g. Microsoft Windows Server, Redhat Linux) Data storage and backup platforms (e.g. Huawei, Veeam, EMC) Monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds) Server Security (e.g. Trendmicro, Illumio) Certification in any of the above areas an advantage Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written Candidate with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Associate IT Specialist.
