ROLE: As a Senior Graphic Designer at Black Sheep, you will be responsible for leading design and visual communication efforts that enhance the guest experience and elevate the brand presence across various touchpoints. Your role will involve creating captivating designs with a focus on packaging and print solutions that reflect Black Sheep values and ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our guests and community. Responsibilities Conceptualise and design creative solutions that meet the branding and marketing objectives across our 40+ brands. Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing collateral, campaigns, signage, menus, digital assets, and other visual elements that align with the company's brand and messaging. Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in packaging design, printing techniques, and materials to ensure designs are cutting-edge and effective. Conduct regular packaging reviews, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions to improve design quality and effectiveness. Work closely with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to oversee the production process, ensure print quality, and meet budget requirements. Provide guidance and mentorship to the designer team and support their professional development. Qualifications Degree in Graphic Design. Proven experience (6+ years) in graphic design, with a focus in luxury hospitality and food industries. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging design, branding, and visual communication. Excellent communication skills, ability to present ideas effectively and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines. Are You a Black Sheep?
