Accountabilities Management of strategic operational changes and initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency and effectiveness, including the identification and assessment of changes on people, processes, and systems. Development and implementation of change management strategies and effectively communicate the strategies so they are understood and adopted by stakeholders. Management and development of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business functions, utilising data and technology to support the identification of areas that require improvement. Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management. Provision of guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the operational change management process through training and coaching. To contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change. Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and elevate breaches of policies/procedures. If managing a team, they define jobs and responsibilities, planning for the department's future needs and operations, counselling employees on performance and contributing to employee pay decisions/changes. They may also lead a number of specialists to influence the operations of a department, in alignment with strategic as well as tactical priorities, while balancing short and long term goals and ensuring that budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements. Step into the role as Vice President, Barclays Global Markets Operations (GMO) Delivery Management in Hong Kong, In this role, you will ensure that the GMO change priorities are being driven from within and that you are influencing and contributing to the banks strategic and regulatory change agenda. You will work across GMO Post Trade and Middle Office to articulate business cases for priorities and drive these through the internal sponsorship process. You will perform impact assessments for change where GMO are affected across Markets. You will define process change and areas of opportunity for improvements, strategic operating model changes, define governance models and implement change front to back across process and strategic architecture.
