Qualifications: Holder of Higher Diploma / Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Studies, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, etc. from a HK polytechnic university / HKIVE or a technical institute / technical college. Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor Modular Course conducted by Occupational Safety and Health Council (advantage, not a must). Basic Accident Prevention. Basic Occupational Health. Basic Safety Management. Construction Safety. Well versed in the application of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD. Positive working attitude and service‑oriented mindset. 0‑2 years of Building Services or Facilities maintenance experience for a higher grading position; fresh graduates are welcome. Job Duties: Supervise the routine maintenance & special works for public houses. Prepare Works orders using the Housing Department system. Update all information in the ERP system of Housing Department. Supervise contractors to ensure quality level up to standard workmanship and output. Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by superiors. Participate in periodic inspection, testing, and maintenance on different facilities. Work Location: Kowloon City, Kowloon East and Hong Kong Island.
