Candidates should possess a PhD in relevant disciplines, with specific experience and achievements depending on the academic rank sought. Appointment terms are typically three-year contracts, with prospects for longer-term or substantiated appointments for senior ranks. Remuneration and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience, including annual leave, medical benefits, provident fund, gratuity, and relocation allowances.
