Responsibilities Undertake engineering tasks in a site environment Work with external vendors in connection with engineering assignments Ensure the plant premises are well maintained Manage analytical and design activities for the plants Resolve engineering issues using the latest and proven technologies and approaches Supervise a team of technicians to perform installation, maintenance and repair works Undertake any tasks as assigned Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines At least 2–3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably with repair and maintenance experience in electrical & mechanical engineering or facilities management in a site environment Demonstrate understanding of complex and highly technical concepts and principles within the engineering function Self‑motivated, strong problem‑solving capability with a good sense of critical thinking and analytical mind Pleasant and outgoing personality with a strong sense of responsibility Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills A good team player Able to work independently and under pressure Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Those with less working experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Engineer.
