IT and Digital Transformation Manager

Our client is an investment holding company, engages in the retail and manufacturing business in Mainland China and Hong Kong. Job Purpose Manage and support the company's IT infrastructure and daily IT operations while driving digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives to improve systems and business processes. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily IT operations including network, hardware, software, cybersecurity, and end-user support across the Hong Kong office and remote sites. Manage and maintain IT equipment, software licenses, and vendor relationships independently. Identify opportunities for using AI and emerging technologies to enhance business performance, efficiency, and innovation. Lead projects to upgrade IT systems, implement new digital tools, and improve workflows. Ensure data security, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Provide technical support and training to staff, promoting user adoption of new technology. Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with business goals and innovation priorities. Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT operations, ideally in a manufacturing or retail environment. Experience or strong interest in AI technologies and digital transformation initiatives. Hands-on skills with network administration, cybersecurity, ERP, and cloud services. Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
