Responsibilities Provide technical implementation and support on cloud infrastructure in terms of OS, network, and database; e.g. Microsoft Office 365 applications, Azure Manage the vendor selection, RFP/RFQ, cost evaluation and performance assessment Create new or enhance existing business processes, culture and users experience to meet business requirements Direct and monitor the overall project management to ensure project deliverables meet the project plan, on schedule and within budget Manage the service providers to provide technical support Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned Job Requirements 8 years of solid experience in application project management or IT infrastructure Solid knowledge in Workflow / BPM, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, PowerBI, Azure / AWS Cloud Experience in Microsoft Office 365 implementation Experience in PM Tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and Data Analysis tools (e.g. Qlikview) is an advantage Effective negotiation and vendor management skills with excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines Holder of Microsoft certification or ITIL would be definitely an advantage A proactive problem solver with outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua #J-18808-Ljbffr
