Data Governance Lead - RBAC Transformation(Design & Implementation) - HKD80k+ As the Data Governance Lead, you will pioneer RBAC solution design tailored for data assets, developing approval workflows and lifecycle management processes that ensure timely access reviews and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with data owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to enforce governance policies and elevate the organization’s data security posture. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design and rollout of an enterprise-grade RBAC architecture. Define and document access control models, approval workflows, and policies that align with business and compliance requirements. Implement lifecycle management mechanisms, including periodic access reviews and change management processes. Partner with security, compliance, and application teams to ensure consistent policy enforcement across multiple systems. Develop frameworks and dashboards for monitoring, auditing, and improving RBAC effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement through metrics-driven governance practices and adaptive role models. Mentor teams in best practices for access control design, sustainability, and minimal privilege enforcement. Requirements Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing RBAC solutions across complex, multi-layered enterprise structures. Strong understanding of access control methodologies, workflow automation, and role lifecycle management. Ability to translate business functions and risks into structured access models. Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and integrating governance with operational workflows. Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills. Experience in Data Lake, Databrick, or Unity Catalog is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
