Participate in system implementation for Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) System revamp, including but not limited to the following tasks: Quality Assurance Review and verify technical design specifications provided by contractor project team for quality assurance and compliance; Monitor contractor project team's adherence to testing timelines & quality standards; Track and report defect metrics (open/closed, severity, aging). Testing Conduct system integration tests for business requirements, data conversion, interfaces and BW reporting, etc.; Review and verify testing deliverables (test plans, testing scripts and test results, etc.) provided by contractor project team for quality assurance and compliance. Requirements Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; At least 6 years of experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support; At least 6 years of experience in IT Application Development and Management; Solid experience in reviewing and assuring the quality of technical documents and testing deliverables produced by vendors/contractors; Experience in technical development and performing system test; Background in Agile methodologies; Experience with automated testing tools will be an advantage; Certification in SAP ABAP will be an advantage; Experience with one or more modules (FICO, MM, BO) will be an advantage; Good command of English and Chinese; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Well organised and able to work independently. Technical Skills: At least 6 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); At least 6 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); 4 years' experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) is an advantage; 4 years' experience in Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) is an advantage; 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills At least 4 years' experience in quality management (QMT); At least 4 years' experience in software testing (STM); 4 years' experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM) is an advantage. Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
