Our client, a global medical technology company, is actively seeking a dynamic, results-driven and innovative Marketing Manager to join the Hong Kong team. This is a high-impact role that blends clinical insight with strategic marketing to drive commercial success and expand market presence across the region. Responsibilities Develop and execute clinical marketing strategies and tools to support both short- and long-term business objectives. Lead product lifecycle management, including roadmap development, product registration, and market access initiatives (e.g., provincial admission, hospital listing, reimbursement strategy). Conduct market research to identify market insights and unmet clinical needs. Translate market and business intelligence into actionable strategies by leveraging clinical and economic data to support new product launches. Organize and manage events such as conferences, workshops, peer-to-peer campaigns, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and engage with KOLs, existing & potential clients, and leaders of specialty-specific societies within assigned territories to generate new business. Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and deliver tailored communications. Collaborate closely with regional and global commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment. Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, offering strategic insights to the sales and marketing teams. Undertake additional responsibilities as required to align with company objectives. 20~30% business travel is required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Science or related disciplines. 8+ years of product marketing experience in the medical device industry. Clinical background with OT experience would be an advantage. Familiarity with local healthcare ecosystem. Proven record in leading new product launch, medical communications, event management, and sales enablement. Strong business acumen, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across cultures and cross-functional teams. Objective-oriented, self-motivated, passionate, dynamic, and independent.
