Ensure compliance with trading guidelines, position and risk limits. Understand and interpret current market dynamics, handle enquiries and provide pricing to the front line business units.& branches Provide competitive pricing and market information to other business units & branches for execution of customer orders. Provide market information and analysis to management for formulating strategic purpose. Provide coaching / guidance to junior staff. Assist in developing and monitoring treasury operational policies. Requirements University degree or above in Economics, Finance or Mathematics preferred and professionally qualified. Minimum 5 years’ experience in active FX market, options or IRS, CCS dealing. Proven track record on P&L performance. Licensed with HKMA/SFC for Type 1 and 4 activities required. ECF-TM qualification is preferable. Thorough knowledge of business practice and principles plus in-depth understanding Good communication and people skills to work with different levels of talents within the Bank. Good sense of risk management. Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills. Be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Pragmatic with strong drives for results. Comprehensive understanding on PRC financial market is definitely an advantage.
