Position: Assistant Financial Manager Operational Finance & Compliance Support Key Responsibilities Execute daily financial operations for HYCM and group entities (Daily reconciliations, month-end closing). Handling the full set of accounting (Money lender firm and Crypto business). Support regulatory filings and audit documentation. Assist in entity-level oversight of financial reporting Assist in preparing the Group consolidation Implement process improvements across accounting systems. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting;CPA/ACCA part-qualified preferred. Minimum 3 years’ work experiences in accounting or financial services (brokerage, crypto, or lending). Experience in lending, or crypto business is preferredbut not required. Working knowledge of HKFRS, and AML procedures. Advanced Excel skills; experience with accounting software (e.g., MYOB). Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines across multiple entities.
