During the two-year training period, trainees will rotate across various teams within the IT department, gaining exposure to key systems and participating in digital transformation projects. Job Requirements Final-year university students or recent university graduates majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data, Aviation, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines. Passionate about the aviation sector and committed to a long-term career in the IT industry. Innovative mindset with an ability to adapt and stay updated on emerging IT technologies. Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player with excellent communication skill and a can-do attitude.
