ISDA Negotiator

ISDA Negotiator & Legal Consultant (ISDA Documentation) Currently, we're hiring both 1) ISDA Negotiators and 2) Legal Consultant, ISDA documentation to join our ranks and support our global clients in the banking sector: ISDA Negotiator Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with derivatives documentation including negotiating ISDA Master agreements. The responsibilities for this role will include: Negotiation of Master agreements including ISDA Master agreements and other derivative documentations. Building productive relationships with key stakeholders and relationship managers. Fluent English and ability to review and write in Chinese. Legal Consultant Requirements: Minimum of 2 PQE, experienced in derivatives documentation and regulatory frameworks. Strong familiarity with ISDA documentation and able to navigate regulatory margin requirements. Mandarin language capability for documentation review and interpretation. The responsibilities for this role will include: Provide legal oversight of ISDA Master Agreements and other derivatives documentation. Support regulatory margin documentation and ensure compliance with applicable requirements. Communicate effectively in Mandarin to review and interpret master documentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across legal, risk, and business functions.
