Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Intermediary Management Framework to comply with the regulatory and Group requirement Familiar with the requirements of local governments for the intermediary management to avoid violating local regulations Extend, build and strengthen working relationship with different stakeholders in the Company and external vendors or business partners Plan and develop training to provide governance responsibilities for our corporate agents Establish and maintain internal controls and measures (e.g. administering agencies / brokers) Comply with legal and regulatory requirements and perform intermediaries’ risk profiling Identify the nature of controls and measures to be implemented Design, document and implement the embedded compliance key controls Support the company’s key person in intermediary management function Work closely with internal sales teams and business partners as well other control functions Key Requirements University graduate with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in Insurance Intermediary Management Familiar with relevant ordinances (e.g. Insurance Ordinance) and regulatory guidelines Sound knowledge of insurance business operations Strong business acumen with the insurance market Strong organizational power and willing to take challenges Creative, open-minded and good team players Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese We offer 5-day work, good career prospects and attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
