Tech Recruiter – Searching For Software Talents Our client is one of the major international banks and a leading arranger of specialized financial products worldwide. Their IT department is currently seeking a Senior Analyst Programmer to join their application team and develop banking payment systems using C# .NET. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business users and system analysts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on payment-related systems and workflows. Design and develop secure, scalable applications, including integration with third‑party payment gateways and financial transaction platforms. Lead testing efforts, including system testing and UAT, while preparing training materials and documentation to support smooth rollout and user adoption. Provide ongoing support for payment applications, troubleshoot production issues, and manage system updates and maintenance activities such as data handling and impact analysis. Coordinate with external vendors to deliver project components, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and compliance with banking policies are met. Act as a key contact for vendor communications, supporting solution implementation, upgrades, and modifications related to payment systems. Liaise with Head Office teams to align on system interface requirements and coordinate cross‑border payment event arrangements. Conduct technical research and feasibility assessments on emerging payment technologies and system enhancements as assigned by the Team Lead. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies or a related discipline. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in system development, with at least 2 years in project coordination. At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in solution design using MS SQL Server and ASP.NET (proficiency in C# is essential). Prior involvement in SWIFT, FPS, or remittance/payment‑related systems is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of information security; experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
