About the Bank Founded in 1948, Chong Hing Bank is a well-established commercial bank in Hong Kong with a network of more than 40 branches and sub‑branches. Responsibilities Assist supervisor to handle the matters related to compliance, operation & marketing issues before implementation. Liaise with service providers for implementing new products/services, marketing activities and internal/external promotion programs for business generation. Oversee the development of relevant procedure manuals for the department to meet internal/external regulatory requirements. Assist supervisor to control and oversee the insurance related activities conducted in the bank. Assist supervisor to coach and manage the staff development within the department. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or above in Banking, Finance, Economics or related disciplines preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ sales and support experience in bancassurance and 3 years’ in management position. Pass in IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 or equivalent. Strong knowledge of insurance products in banking industry. Familiar with regulatory requirements on insurance selling, product development and risk control, etc. Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
