Implement HR Solutions: Work on HRIS-related solutions across multiple regions, ensuring seamless integration and support. Design System Functions: Create and refine system functionalities to align with business needs, enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborate with Development: Liaise with development teams to implement system changes, ensuring smooth project execution. Develop Documentation: Prepare comprehensive system documentation, training materials, and blueprints to support project activities. Conduct User Training: Lead training sessions on system operations, ensuring users are well-equipped to utilize the systems effectively. Manage Projects: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful project completion. Collaborate with Providers: Work with external solution providers to integrate and optimize HR systems. Who are they looking for? Educational Background: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields, providing a solid foundation for technical expertise. Certifications Preferred: SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certification is advantageous, showcasing specialized knowledge in HR systems. HR System Experience: Proven experience in configuring HR systems, demonstrating practical skills in system management. SuccessFactors Expertise: Strong background in SuccessFactors implementation, highlighting proficiency in modern HR solutions. Business Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes, enabling effective system design and support. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication across regions. Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in HR or people-related solutions, indicating a track record of successful project implementation. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, crucial for addressing complex system challenges. Independent Work: Ability to work independently, showcasing self‑motivation and initiative.
