Senior Manager – Membership Operations Support Efficiency Our client "The Hong Kong Jockey Club" is seeking a Senior Manager – Membership Operations Support Efficiency to join their team Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking to drive operational excellence and efficiency in a prestigious club environment? What you'll be doing? Drive operational excellence: Lead process improvements, change management, and data governance to streamline operations and enhance service delivery across Membership Operations. Develop operational frameworks: Take ownership of the Process Management Framework, ensuring alignment with club policies, regulatory standards, and service philosophy. Spearhead efficiency initiatives: Collaborate with project teams to execute strategic priorities that deliver measurable value to operational business units. Implement data management strategies: Design and execute a structured framework to derive actionable insights from various data sources, enhancing team member and member engagement. Optimize workflows: Deploy technology solutions to reduce manual tasks and repetitive processes, improving overall operational efficiency. Ensure compliance and quality: Conduct regular process audits and foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and development initiatives. Lead and motivate: Guide and develop your team, creating a positive and collaborative work environment while implementing succession planning strategies. Who are they looking for? Extensive hospitality experience: Minimum of fifteen years in operational hospitality management, preferably with a strong background in Food & Beverage. Educational background: University Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Strategy, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Leadership skills: Proven ability to motivate teams, provide guidance, and foster a positive work environment. Process improvement expertise: Experience in implementing efficiency initiatives and optimizing workflows in a hospitality setting. Data‑driven decision making: Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from various data sources. Adaptability: Flexibility to handle ad‑hoc projects and changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
