MNC - Senior Finance Manager - HKD 85,000/month + bonus Our client is a multinational advisory firm. The Head of Finance is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the team. This person is responsible for end-to-end finance management across multiple countries. This role combines management accounting, financial accounting and FP&A, and acts as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders across the region. Ideal candidate shall be big four trained or coming from MNC background. Key Responsibilities Oversee full-spectrum finance for the region, including revenue recognition, billing, cash management and month-end closing. Ensure accurate and timely P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting for all countries in scope. Maintain a robust financial control environment, including policies, procedures and internal controls. Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning process for the region. Prepare and review management reports, variance analyses and commentary for regional leadership. Partner with business leaders to interpret financial performance, identify drivers and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency. Act as a trusted advisor to regional and country leadership on financial performance, investment decisions and commercial initiatives. Support pricing, client profitability analysis and scenario planning for new services or markets. Drive process standardisation including system and process improvements (e.g. NetSuite) Continuously refine reporting and KPIs to support better decision‑making. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CA) strongly preferred. 8–12+ years of finance experience with a mix of management accounting and financial accounting, ideally in professional services / communications / consulting / media / PE‑backed environment. Proven experience managing multi‑country P&L and acting as a finance business partner to senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of revenue, billing and project accounting. Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred) and strong Excel / reporting skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders. Strong leadership, stakeholder management and change management skills.
