What you will do: Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and contribute to annual HR budgets Lead team members on delivering professional HR services such as compensation & benefits, performance management and workforce planning Review HR policies and procedures to comply with corporate guidelines & local regulations Serve as a key advisor on employee relations issues, handling grievances, performance management, and disciplinary actions in line with hotel policies and Hong Kong labour regulations Engage actively in employee communications & activities What you bring: Minimum 8‑10 years in‑house HR experience in a labour‑intensive industry such as hospitality, catering or retail with at least 2‑3 years in a senior supervisory role Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or in Hospitality Management Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations Strong business and HR acumen in strategic planning, process management, policies governance and compensation systems, etc. Expected to be a culture carrier, has strong communication, problem‑solving, planning, organising and influencing skills Highly proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese What we offer: Competitive salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package Excellent training and development opportunities Complimentary accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resort Public holidays Complimentary employee meals Schedule & hours: 5‑day work week *Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Director of People and Culture **The position is open to Hong Kong residents only #J-18808-Ljbffr
